    I found your article on the customer engagement interesting and useful. All of the six suggestions you have provided are excellent at measuring different aspects of customer engagement. I would like to know your thoughts on which attributes are critical in tracking product involvement dimension. Further,how to differentiate between new and old customers. Obviously, old customers would probably have more visits to the website than the new customers.
